WHI, LLC is a newly formed limited liability company formed for purposes of managing the underlying real estate located in the “Altrhein Area” and in Berlin. WHI, LLC is owned by Mrs. Martina Poth, c/o Wein und Hotel Investment UG. WHI, LLC is set to operate a standard Assisted Living Facility service in the “Altrhein Area”. The fact that we want to become a force to reckon with in the Assisted Living Facility industry means that we will provide our clients a conducive and highly secured accommodation. In all that we do, we will ensure that our customers are satisfied and are willing to recommend our facility to their family members and friends. We are in the Assisted Living Facility business to deliver excellent services and to make profits and we are willing to go the extra mile within the law of Germany to achieve our business goals, aims and objectives.
WHI, LLC will seek to invest in existing stable commercial properties or undervalued properties that provide an opportunity to achieve an unleveraged return and a long term Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The goal will be to invest in commercial properties in the “Altrhein Area” market and in the market in Berlin and Mannheim. Investment goals and criteria will be to seek acquisitions of properties WHI, LLC which typically have one or more issues related that can be resolved by utilizing the principals’ expertise. The acquisition strategy will be to purchase properties at a deep discount due to foreclosure, short sale, or properties whose values are depressed and can be significantly increased through renovation or rehabilitation. As state above, the Assisted Living Facility is in the business of providing compassionate assisted living services that will allow developmentally disabled people to live happy and productive lives while having direct access to assistance. The Company will also retain a number of healthcare professionals in the event that more significant treatment is needed or in the event of an emergency.
